Miller Jones

 

For the past 28 years Miller has been designing and facilitating training seminars, as well as providing executive coaching and counseling throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe. He worked 23 years with the E. I. DuPont Company in sales, management and training. After leaving DuPont in 1993, he began his own training and consulting business with special emphasis on the creative problem solving process.

 

A few of Miller's primary seminar and development topics are creative problem solving, employee motivation, team building, winning sales strategies, customer service, leadership, managing stress, managing change, creative thinking and needs assessments. His seminars have been used by many Fortune 500 companies in the past twelve years.

 

In addition, Miller is a senior certified consultant in the Birkman Method, which is the most reliable and valid behavioral and needs assessment tool in the market today.

 

Miller holds a B.A. degree from Virginia Tech, and a Master's in Marketing Communication from Roosevelt University, Chicago.
